+ Bio
Jim Fyfe, Assistant Headmaster, Upper Division Head and History Instructor, holds a Masters in Education from Bank Street College and a Ms. Ed. in Leadership in the Arts from Parsons/The New School. Before that, he earned a BA in Theater and Speech from De Sales University. He began teaching at RCDS in 2003 with Medieval & Renaissance history, then added American history and the title of Admissions Director, which he held for three years. Prior to RCDS, he taught improvisation and scene study with the Helen Hayes Youth Theater, for whom he also directed numerous productions. In a previous incarnation he was an actor, writer and director in theater, film and television, and is (he’s pretty sure) the only member of the RCDS staff who has appeared on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Who would have thought that Willie Loomis (JIM FYFE) would become a school teacher.
